开发信中的几个模板&各个情境下实用句型

以下模板是按照轻工业、重工业而分类的,毕竟小产品和大设备的推销内容肯定不一样,但总体思路还是一样的,仅供参考。



1轻工业产品

假设Mike是圣诞礼品的批发商,我要和他推荐指尖陀螺,我会这么写:

邮件主题:

Fidget Spinner-Best Seller of Toys in 2017.

Hi Mike,

It's Sophie from XXX China. Hope this letter finds you well.

Christmas season is approaching, I don't know if you have seen the fidget spinner already. It is the latest craze. Like factories are producing this in overtime. MOQ is small, but many clients are ordering by containers.

Kindly keep us informed about your thoughts. More detailed offer will be updated accordingly.

上述是针对季节性热销,爆款产品的开发信。我扔出了两个噱头,一是工厂在没日没夜地生产,证明这种产品需求特别大;二是起订量不高,可是客户还是一个柜子一个柜子地订,以突出产品广受追捧。比起一本正经地自我推荐,这种是不是更吸引客户呢?




2轻工业产品


假设Steven 从事家具出口,我会这么写:

邮件主题:

Grab at least 50% off on the dining table.

Hi Steven,

It’s Sophie from XXX China. Hope this letter finds you well.

Here's an unique opportunity to purchase a contracted and durable quality dining room table with 6 chairs set made from reclaimed wood for only USD 300!

While you know, it is very time sensitive. Lots of orders keep pouring. Please get back to us at your earliest if you are interested in.

针对客户所处的市场,或者研究客户网站产品陈列或者追寻客户以往的出货记录,按照他喜欢的类型来推荐款式。选择1~2款热卖产品,进行推荐。


文中第二段,单单一句话,我讲清楚了机不可失/推荐产品名称/配套明细/产品材质/产品价格。

第三段我提及好的东西都是很多人订购的,所以如果感兴趣的话早点联系。




3轻工业产品

假设Tom是做马克杯的,我会这么写开发信:

邮件主题:

Hot sale Coffee Mugs from XXX China

Hi Tom,

It’s Sophie from XXX China. Hope this letter finds you well.

Did you have the headache to think about the corporate gifts? These are the right ones! As a leading manufacturer of coffee mugs, we'd like to share one of our best sellers with you.

附上图片(图片不要大于500KB)最好打上公司logo加官网。

Size, color, logo and packing can all be customized. And we offer free artwork.

Look forward to hearing from you soon.

由于产品的销售定位可以是公司礼品。于是可以去给一些大型公司/集团推荐公司季度或年度定制礼品,并且提及颜色尺寸、包装也都是可以按照要求制作,并且设计免费。这个又是一个卖点。



4重工业产品

比如Sam是做包装机设备的,我会这么写开发信:

邮件主题:

Packing Line Support from XXX China

Hi Sam,

It's Sophie from XXX China. Hope this letter finds you well.

As a leading manufacturer of packaging machinery, I'm pleased to inform you that we have been working with many big companies in Europe and South America.

We are in a good position not only to supply you high quality machinery, but also the excellent after sales service. Well-trained engineers will offer you any technical support.

Upon receipt of your feedback, we will update you more relevant proposals and working videos for your options.

5除此之外,以下是开发信常用的一些句型分享:

介绍产品时:

•I've been working in a company which specializes in XXX. While thinking about you are in the same market, I thought there might be a good fit for your business.

•Our XXX ( 产品名字)has gathered a lot of attention in the market place.

•Here is a small case study of XXX and how we help them solve XXX (问题/痛点)


询问对方是否能腾出时间打个电话:

•I'll call you early next week, unless another time frame is better for you.

•Can I please phone you tomorrow afternoon, or if another day is better. I'll follow up as you suggest.

•Can I please phone you on Tuesday, unless you prefer another time.

这几句的意思一致,在做出打电话的决定,明确打电话的时间后,争取主动权也要尊重对方的行程、时间。这三句的后半句表达都会让人听起来更加舒服,自在。

当你不确定目标人物是否是负责人时,最好在文末附上:

•Can you please assign this to the person in charge? Thank you for all of your help.

•Much appreciated if you could assign this to the responsible party.

经验总结得出,如今营销邮件泛滥成灾,大批量群发的开发信越来越低效,很大部分都被当作垃圾邮件。

而一对一、一对特定群体是指把目标客户按类别分。比如按性质分,经销商/批发商/零售商等等,比如按产品种类分、按国家地区分等等。然后将开发信有针对性地发出去(如果能获取对方的姓名,直呼姓名比称谓更佳),显得精准,这样对回复率的提高就更显得立竿见影。
